One-time
- Application fee
- $35 per adult applicant. Non-refundable.
- Security deposit
- Typically one month's rent. The deposit is held and returned within Ohio's statutory timeline following move-out, minus any documented damages.
- Pet fee
- $35 one time, per pet. Non-refundable. There is no separate pet deposit.
Monthly
- Pet rent
- $35 a month, per pet.
- Package locker
- $7 a month.
- Utilities
- Water and sewer are billed monthly based on your unit. Electric is paid by the resident. Ask the leasing office what else is included.
Required
- Renters insurance
- Renters insurance is required. If you do not provide your own policy, we enroll you in landlord liability insurance through AppFolio for $10.50 a month plus a $4.50 administration fee, paid by the resident.
Assistance animals. Service animals and emotional support animals are not pets. No pet fee, pet rent, or pet deposit applies to them, and breed and weight restrictions do not apply. Please contact the leasing office to make a request; no special form is required.
